BSG w00t!

Glad to see there's some fans here! That marathon leading up to season 4 has been jamming up my tivo for like a week! Yesterday's episode was intense! #6 is really getting in deep.. some intense drama.

Anyone notice that there's actually 2 human/cylon love children? What about chief Tyrol's baby!!??  Shocked Im willing to bet thats gonna play a hard line in season 4.

Any bets on who's cylon #5?

So, this episode reminded me we have actually seen 7 human Cylon models throughout the series before the 4 galactica staff were revealed...there really is only one left to be revealed!

The only one not featured in this episode was the xena/reporter chick, who was boxed up like you guys said.

Oh man oh man!

"We found these inhibitors... and removed them." Wazahhh!?

That was the awesome!  I hope the centurions kick butt and take names!

Yep!  I've been saying that too!

So...... Baltar? Back to him as a cylon then. Makes sense, if he was a defective model for example. Screwed up emotions... heck, he could have been the first model.

It's totally possible... but I think that would be SUCH a cop-out. Mostly for Baltar personally, if he turns out to be a Cylon then everything he's been through has in one sense been for nothing. I think he has to be a human, otherwise he'll be able to claim an excuse for all his dirty dealings, and the truth is he is just dirt.

You know what crossed my mind when "Boomer" voted against her line? What if she's actually Sharon... and when "Sharon" grabbed her baby back and returned to the Galactica, they did a switch. But that would have been in place for a loooong time.

The other thing I've been thinking about lately is the concept of the skinjob Cylons being just a next stage of human evolution. They don't seem to even know where they came from. If they "evolved" as robots, surely there are other designs, floor plans so-to-speak... failed models (I suppose like your Baltar theory). And the thing is, given the lack of accurate Cylon detector, what's to say once the fleet researches Earth that the population living there (I assume there's a population) is human or Cylon?

And at that stage... would it matter?

Another awesome part about this episode was Baltar appearing to himself!!!

It would seem that he would be a Cylon to be seeing all these manifestations, as the only other person to see them is 6 herself.

I agree it would be somewhat of a letdown if he was, but how else is he seeing this stuff??

That's almost like what the Hybrid was saying in this episode!

That's right! I knew it wasn't an original idea, but I couldn't remember why not. haha.

RE: Baltar. Not a Cylon. No way. He's just insane. TOTAL mental break when he realised he was responsible for the destruction of almost the entire human race.

Well... he could also be "the one true cylon god." He could also be the first attempt to add emotions to the cylons and deemed (for obvious reasons) to be a complete failure. It also would explain why none of the cylons could tell he's one. It's all b/c they're programmed not to recognize it.

Cylon evolution... not human. Wink

Possibly. One good thing about the writing for the show is how they keep coming back to Baltar as the center of everything that has happened. Like it or not, he's a pivot point for the entire show.

Also interesting that when Roslin shot at Starbuck, she hit the picture of her and Adama.

Kind of ironic that the picture of Roslin & Adama would be shot, and then they have their tiff later.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention. Lee and Dowalla break up. About time closure was brought there.

And Helo on the mission again! He's honestly the best fix-it guy ever. Such a badmon.
