I'm sorry if it came out not so clearly. Obviously I wouldn't put a lot of effort into a 10 second clip about eating lunch. I swear that what I posted above is exactly what I said.

I'm curious as to what you guys thought it sounded like. (please pm rather than post)

Roast beef sandwiches by the way. On the days I work out I like to eat cottage cheese with one of the fruit parfait cup things in it. -- It's sooooo good.
