We don't need no stinking Text!

« on: March 19, 2008, 04:49:03 PM »

Two days ago I was up till 3am punking my guts out.  I was unable to eat much of anything yesterday.  Just lot's of sports drink and some saltines.  Today I had lunch.  Don't ask me why I had mex. food.  I think when your not feeling good some things sound good, but don't always go over well.  I don't know if it's flu or somthing I'm going to need antibotics for.  Guess if I don't get my energy back soon I will go into the doc.  My pto time is gone, but at least I still have vacation.  Just pray for healing.  On top of the punking had shivers.  I have been really cold ever sience this stuff came on.  My son had it first.  I think I got it because I cleaned up all his cloths and bed stuff.  Just pray that my 2 year old and wife don't get this.  Thanks Tom.

Thanks for the prayers.  Feeling a bit better today.  Took it easy at work.  I have a half day for good Friday.  Had a burger for lunch.  Must be the flu.  Thanks again.

glad to hear you're better. Now I have it, along with other things, and glad to see that it only is a few days to get over. If one looks at as if you have one or two more days left then it's easier to bear.

Thanks guys.  Ari the worst part was the shivers.  You know it's bad when you just shiver and rock back and forth.  I will keep you in my prayers as well.  Doug, djdunamis and juice app. the prayer.  I'm feeling 100% now.  The only thing I'm dealing with was a few days before this came on I had to move some large copiers around.  So I think I sprained somthing in my lower back.  It stinks when you move to get up and your like Aghh!!!!  But after a couple of days it's getting better.  I can almost get out of the car without pain.

hey guys.  a good sharp blast of some dark greens would  be good.  broccoli, cabbage, parsely and particularly fennel(Real good for the stomach, iron, vit c and pulling mucous out of your lungs.  fennel makes me feel good, it's one of my top herbs. also pineapple is a great bowel cleanser, respiratory herb and anti-inflammatory/painkiller.  my friend with the sore back could use it, coupled with some papaya which is even better in my opinion, and fine to use topically like an inc/heat pack.  the green ones would be best.  just cut it open, and make sure you get some of the inner part of the skin on it.  also cinnamon, nutmeg and the all mighty ginger combine for a cleansing and very soothing tea or spice topping.

And if that's not enough whip yourself with birch leafs (NOT HARD...doesn't need S/M session vibes laugh )...after that you should B F-R-E-S-H!!! Cool

yeah i love saunas and steams, i used to take them a lot when i worked for the YMCA a couple years back.  i'd do some light stretching and breathing exercises, especially during the allergy season.  also, birch, a lot of us may know it as wintergreen.  it's very awesome for cleaning your system out and when and if u whip yourself, try to hit some pulse points and major arteries like in your neck and inner thigh.
