You guys need to dig it out a bit... reclaim some ocean with the excess dirt/clay/mountains.

We're about a 4 hour drive from any water. PLUS... you should see what happens to Huston, Tx whenever it rains there. No lakes, yet it's only 30 ft above sea level and kinda concave. Lots of flooding.
