WOW!!!!! THAT'S ALL I CAN REALLY SAY ABOUT CHRIS'S MIX, sick sick sick, off the hook, undeniably the best mix he's ever done, in fact, this is the beginning of a new era for him as Christopher Carl, dude you're going to tear it up this year and years to come for sure.
Thanks dude. You kinda let the cat outta the bag that you heard the set already before the podcast was released. LOL Thanks for the kind words.

depends. The rules under BTU limited tracklistings from being posted. I don't know what the rules are now that the situation has changed.

Pretty much the same. Sorry.

So I understand that it's not allowed. But WHY? I still don't understand why it's not allowed. Do they just want to keep everything a secret?

Ok so on another note, I just finished listening to your mix Chris, and it sounds great! Here are my personal thoughts/opinions:

- overall good flow and good tracks. you sounded current with your track selection and played tracks that would work on the dance floor. mixing was good overall, but rough in a couple minor areas (not enough to be really distracting though).
- highlights for me were track 2, and also the last track in the mix. those to me were my favorites.
- only criticism was that the vocals in track 3 were a little bit too cheesy for me. it would probably work well in some crowds, but honestly i just don't like vocals like that. the track itself was good and i would have loved an instrumental mix of it in there.

great job!

Nope. I just tried to subscribe using winamp and I have to say, that's dead easy. Get it that way. It's so much easier than downloading each individual episode.

Various legalities.

Hahaha... very true.

Ok, so I really don't want to be annoying, and I don't mean to be pushy.... but that still doesn't answer my question. what legalities are you talking about? what about this podcast makes it not legal to post a tracklist? is this true for all of the tastyfresh podcast series? or just this episode? is it some rule/decision that you guys made it so no tracklist will ever be posted? or is it some other legal thing?

It's both. A lot of it has to do with the minimum performance fees that ASCAP/BMI etc. require. Another large part of it is that getting tracklistings from some of the bigger names isn't very easy.
