Do you know of any other artists who are similar to SebastiAn? (tightly compressed drums with IDM influence)

Well you can always check out Ed Bangor Records, there sound is very compressed as well.

I tried that but haven't found anything yet...

I think this is a real step in progressive music. (Finding the balance between experimental/IDM and house)
