I don't really know what you're aiming for.

Do you want people to listen to your mixes or do you want to get more gigs?

If you want people to listen to your mixes, post them everywhere you can... every single website, message board, etc...

If you want more gigs, I doubt that spreading your mixes everywhere is going to make that happen. (It could work, but I think it's a long shot).
My experience is that if you want more gigs, you need to connect with your scene, hang out in records stores, go to clubs and talk to DJs, clubbers, bartenders whatever... that's where it's all happening... Try to do your own nights, for free in a small bar if you have to... and get people you meet to come over... make small flyers... promote the nights to your friends and family.... invite people through facebook, myspace etc....
