Just finished a D&B Remix, and I have to say, I love where it ended up! I'm excited to hear others' thoughts!  I was going to do a DnB remix as well, unfortunately, I won't be finished with it today  ...I'll send it in as soon as I'm done. |

My remix is going to feature bits of a sermon from Pastor Kirk Dewitt of Calvary Community Church of West Lake Village, CA. A few months back I did some djing/scratching with the worship band. Of all the things the message that weekend was about "God The Creator". Is that so wild or what.  |

I was listening to my remix and thinking about how I would change some things that I'm unhappy with in it, but I don't have the time anymore and it's probably way too late anyways. I guess I'll just have to do a better job next time. Mastering is what I'm terribly new at (Terrible + New). I'm developing a plan to buy some better equipment (studio monitors and stuff) so I feel good about the future, maybe the distant future.

I have listened to the track you have on your myspace and while they sound good, they ar a bit mellow for me. I don't really get into deep house or soulful house. I bet you will get a lot of spins from Frankie Vibe and Terrence Parker.

Sadly a few who committed didn't follow through but thats ok because there are some stellar remixes. That remix was probably the best one I've heard, that's probably why it was the first one on beatport. I don't regret dropping out of the project, I know I could have done leagues better but I didn't have enough time, so I did it 1/2 {...  }. I can't wait to hear the rest of them. |
