hey all... I was just tweaking some things on my blog and noticed that I had a link from here  recently... honestly... I haven't been on here much in some time..... and I had almost forgotten about this place... I need to not do that....

I need to ask everyone here for prayer. I don't want to go into the raw details ... though you can read them, and the updates here.... but, my wife and I have lost our unborn child. . . in the next 2 days they will be removing him from katie. . . please pray for the safety of my wife, and for the peace and love of God to remain as a blanket over us.

thank you.

thank you all. prayer is so incredibly appreciated. . .

it has been a weird day.... Katie is doing much better (mentally) and in the morning(Wednesday) she will be having a procedure done to remove the baby.

oooh... and just after she gets out of the operation... my mother will be going in... at the same hospital... for a bit of the ole cleaning out of a couple arteries....

it is so ... incredibly surreal...

please pray for a quick and safe operations in the morning.

God's will be done...

Two people drift in a lifeboat. One says, "I see an island. Our best chance is to go ashore, build a shelter, and await rescue." The others says, "No, we must go farther out to sea and hope to find the shipping lanes." Unable to agree, the two fight, the lifeboat capsizes, and they drown.

thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers.

physically, katie is doing fine. . . we will see how things are emotionally over the next few days... weeks... etc....

this has been just about the most trying and surreal week of my life. . . and the amount of incredibly supportive people we have run into have absolutely made it a bit more bearable.

BTW...if anyone wants to know more.... I have a lot on what happened in the past couple days on the blog... its been a weird week.

again... thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers. it really does mean a lot.

well... we have an answer as to what happened... sort of...

there was confirmation of Quinn being of the male (which is a bit of a relief.... knowing now that is actually possible... being that our other 4 are all girls.. smiley1)...

the bad news, he had down syndrome, and was just not strong enough.

still a bit foggy on how all this is going to work out... whether or not we try for one more...

Gods will be done. . . and I shall rejoice in it.

Praying dude. My sincerest apologies.

my mother will be going in... at the same hospital... for a bit of the ole cleaning out of a couple arteries....

If it's any consolation, my grandfather had this done recently and his quality of life went through the roof. Said he has more energy that he's had in years and stopped getting the migraines he's had most of his life.
