OK here's my take on this, since it's no longer on his myspace page... Chances are this is a custody battle and Brian posted that on his myspace to gain an edge (or sympathy) for custody of his daughter. It sounds like he is using myspace (and his duaghter) as an attemp to attack his ex. These battles are never pretty and he's bringing the public into it. It's either a low blow or very smart strategery.

Don't get me wrong, I think he is a brilliant musician, but we don't know all the circumstances.
