Title: I have an article to write and need your help. Post by: steve on October 20, 2006, 10:39:22 AM Wasn't exactly sure where to post this so if someone wants to move it cool.
I am about to write an article for the next tastyfresh e-zine and rather than just write a load of stuff noone is interested in I thought I would open it up for some questions. Anyone that's read my posts on here will realise that I am prone to a rant, all I need is someone to set me off. So here's a bit about me and what I am up to: I currently live in Ibiza and work for 24-7 Ibiza, a Christian charity on the island. I own and manage Spearhead Records, a drum 'n' bass label. I have been DJing for over 10 years. I have been married for 4 years and will be 30 in a few weeks. My specialist subject would be running an independent label and drum 'n' bass music. That's just something to get you thinking. So ask me some questions, or give me a couple of topics, and I will go into a rant about them! I don't get much time for this these days but like to put a little knowledge back into the scene when I can, this is your chance to pick my brains. You can also check me out on www.myspace.com/bcee or www.myspace.com/spearheadrecords Thanks Steve Title: Re: I have an article to write and need your help. Post by: Timo on October 20, 2006, 10:42:38 AM hey steve,
hmm, I would be interested in: a. how to run an independent label, how to deal with problems and how to get heard b. what is 24-7 ibiza doing and what is your opinion about that?
