A few years ago, I opened www.jitabeat.com intending to use it as a media publishing company, ie: record label, promotion company, creative outlet for things like radio shows, etc. The only problem is I have hit so many health and financial obstacles in the last two years that all my ideas have not happened. JITAbeat Media Group is nothing right now. I want things to happen with it, but as of now I have no clue about how to get things going.

So...do I keep the site as is? Let the domain expire? Team up with someone who can help me get things rolling?

What are your ideas and opinions?

look at it this way, if you want it back in a few years, what are the chances of it being taken?

if it's $7-15 a year... it's worth it.

You could auction your domain.. (Ebay style) but you would need to get it appraised first. A few of the domains i've held have been worth $$.

Type 'domain auction' into google. Hits galore.

this domain costs me a few bucks a year. No biggie to hang on to it. The chances of it being gone? very likely. There are companies who buy up dead domains just for the sake of upping the price when the owner wants it back. I used to own www.plurave.com. I let it slip, when I went to get it back the cost had gone from a few dollars to a lot more than I cared to renew. Fact is, I do still plan to open a record label as soon as I get my health situation in the clear. and JITAbeat will be the name of it.

So basically you'll be like Norman Bates, and keep a dead body hanging around  ;)
