Great job Doug! Also I have a live mix out and an explanation of what the mix did to the people who heard it live. Have some pictures to back that up. I work very very hard at getting bookings. I get my demo rejected by an email, phone call, or letter at least 3-4 times a week. Seriously...I really do. I would say honestly I get 1 booking out of every 20 inquiries I send out...maybe. Probably less than that. But here is the thing. I send a demo out to said person and they reject me, later they may book me because their rival booked me. That has happened 2 times this year. It made small children cry, old men had heart complications, and women ran the other way. All of THAT is why Doug is the 2007 Tastyfresh.com Homegrown DJ of the Year (http://www.tastyfresh.com/content/view/451/32/) Not many people here are actually doing what he's doing right now and even fewer are as successful at it.
