This is that youth convention I am dj'ing in Iowa. Like I said before, I have a couple guest passes if someone is in the area and wants to drive up for it.

Scott, as mentioned in a previous thread about this event, this is exclusive to those who attend Open Bible Churches in the area, preferably jr high / high school students and youth workers in their churches. You can't buy your way in. This is where the guest passes I can get come into play. if you let me know for sure that you will be there, I will see what it will take to get you a pass.

well, to be honest, they booked me to play house music. I was shocked. I am fully equipped to play some rock/hiphop if needed however. My plan is to do it like this:

The half hour prior to the sessions, I will play a mix of Christian music because that's when the kids will be filing in through the doors.

After the sessions are over, I will kick into house dj mode. Then there is a Saturday night party thing where I am playing house music for 2 hours while other activities are going on. I am basically a background dj for most of this, but the chance to reach a new group of people and boost my career is amazing. besides, Reggie FREEKIN Dabbs is preaching there.

well, my hopeful eyes may have embellished on that suite. LOL I totally read that email wrong. It's a regular room (quite nice actually) with a KING BED. LOL I am a dummy!

OK so what does this room got?:

HUGE closet, High Def TV, Free WiFi, UBER comfy bed, a lounge chair, coffee and tea pots, iron and board, huge shower, Bath & Body Works brand soaps, on demand movies, video games, office center, and an amazing view outside.
