So, you’ve discovered that Tastyfresh has changed once again. First, please send all complaints to Dave Richards as if it isn’t actually his fault, it probably should be. Second, here’s what you need to know to get logged into the new system.

If you registered after March 2011 and possibly even during:

Your account doesn’t exist. This migration took Dave too long to get serious about. You will need to re-register. The good news is your old name should still be available and once you’re in, you’ll be starting pretty much fresh like everyone else.  If you want, you can go to the members page and search for your old id. If it’s there, you can follow the next instructions.

If you had an account prior to March 2011:

Your account is still here.  You just need two bits of information to get in.

1. Your user name however may be slightly different. If your user name had a space in it, you now have to put a – where the space was. Dave can look into removing that – for you later, but for now, just roll with it.
2. All of the passwords have been reset. You will have to request a password reset before you can get into the site.  Visit the password reset page to do this. Instructions on doing this will be sent to whatever email address was associated with your account in March of 2011.

Once you’re in, you will be able to post in the forums as usual, make friends, join groups and so on. Beyond that, you’ll all now be able to submit content to the site directly. This includes video and articles. Beyond this, we are also starting a page with a list of community member podcasts that people can subscribe to. We’re working hard to help you make the most of this site and to take the community to the next level.
